(a) personas menores de 18 años de edad;

(b) productos de la competencia;

(c) comportamiento/actividad insegura que pueda ocasionar lesiones personales o daños a la propiedad;

(d) materiales de terceros sobre los cuales no tenga derechos, incluidos videos de propiedad de terceros, imágenes de famosos, marcas comerciales o trabajo artístico de terceros etc.;

(e) actividades ilegales, incluido el consumo de drogas;

(f) obscenidades o blasfemias;

(g) toda difamación o libelo;

(h) todo material que sea despreciativo para GRUPO MODELO, sus marcas o  cualquiera de sus competidores;

(i) todo material que sea racista o sexista;

(j) todo lo que sea pornográfico u obsceno;

(k) juegos de azar; o

(l) todo lo que sea de mal gusto.

Al presentar una foto o un video usted otorga a GMODELO, GRUPO MODELO y a sus  agentes y agencias de publicidad, el permiso para utilizar la foto o el video, y cualesquiera imágenes o reproducciones de las personas contenidas en la misma, para cualquier fin y en cualquier medio de cualquier naturaleza a través del mundo, a perpetuidad, y sin lugar a compensación. Las fotos o los videos presentados podrán ser aceptados y/o publicados en el sitio web si GMODELO las considera apropiadas a su exclusivo y absoluto criterio. Todas las fotos y los videos presentados se convierten en la propiedad exclusiva de GMODELO y no serán devueltas. Usted debe tener 18 años de edad o más para presentar una foto o un video.
